Not long ago I wrote an article on how to embed navigation groups within pages and posts on your blog. This is probably one of the least used applications of NAVT. Creating Embedded Lists using NAVT

Navigation groups created by NAVT can be embedded within posts or pages to add a unique dimension to your navigation. To embed a navigation group within a post or page enter the following in the content area:

[navt id="your navigation group name"]

The NAVT plugin will substitute the bracketed entry with the navigation list specified by your groupname.
